We give you the options you need! – Meeting Planners may choose one option if 20-50 room nights are booked and realized, two options if 51-100 room nights are booked and realized, and three options if 100+ room nights are booked and realized. The client may choose from the following options:
1) 1 day Complimentary Coffee service.
2) Double IHG Business Rewards Points.
3) 1 Complimentary guestroom and basic meeting room Internet .
4) 1 Complimentary room for every 40 rooms realized.
5) 1 VIP upgrade per 20 rooms booked with welcome amenity.
6) Up to 2 Complimentary guestrooms for 1 night each to be used for pre/post planning meeting.
7) One hour cocktail reception – Maximum number of participants may apply.
8) One extra perk for contracting two or more events at the time of signing.
Promotion ends 12/31/2015-groups must be booked by this date and travel completed by 1/9/2016
