Yes, we will be happy to arrange for you to meet our Chef to discuss and design a menu uniquely yours after your event has been secured.
CAN ARRANGEMENTS BE MADE FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
Our Chef will be happy to prepare an alternative menu for guests with special dietary needs. Just let us know the requirements in advance.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED FOR A CELEBRATION AT THE HOTEL?
Our largest ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests for served, plated dining or buffet dining with a dance floor and head table.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICING FOR CELEBRATIONS HELD ON DAYS OTHER THAN SATURDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS?
Please inquire regarding your specific wedding dates and ideas. Special offers are available during certain times of the day, the year as well as for weddings held on Sundays. We welcome your comments and questions and would be pleased to hear from you directly.
DO YOU HAVE A REQUIRED FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
Our specially designed celebration and wedding packages are created to meet any minimums that have been set. For celebration or wedding planning with less than 30 guests, please contact our catering sales manager to discuss the specifics of your event. We are pleased to work with you to create a celebration that is reflective of your dreams and budget.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
We require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit due with the signed contract. 25% of your estimated total is due 3 months prior to your event and the final payment is due 1 week before your event with the guaranteed number of guests. Final payments can be made by cash, money order, cashier’s check or credit card.
